Crypto asset TLC –a new tool for private collectors
TLC is issued by TILCOIN on the basis of assets pegged to the value of art objects which are on the balance sheet of the company. For TLC emission, information about the number of art objects owned by TILCOIN is transferred to the blockchain. Physically, the art objects are in the gallery of the company TILCOIN and other storages, which is confirmed by the extracts.
Extract, which confirms the number of art objects and ownership of them, is loaded into the blockchain. This information is confirmed by an authoritative world expert at least once every quarter. Based on the confirmed information about the number of art objects on the balance sheet of the company, the blockchain issues the crypto asset TLC.
All transaction history, authenticity certificates and TLC emission documents are stored in IPFS. This means that the data will not be changed and will remain forever in the system. Everyone can view and check it at any time.
